Pro's playing advice
The 5th at Basset Down is a medium length par four, which plays with a gentle left to right dogleg. The fairway is wide and the green itself is a generous size and slopes up from front to back. The longer hitter will be looking to go into the green with a short iron depending on the wind. But most players will have to settle for a tee shot just left of centre. The second shot is played to a good sized green bunkered either side.
