Guys and Dolls
This year’s Guys and Dolls competition came to an exciting close on Monday 22nd September. The final saw Angie Perry & Dave Ingram take on Hannah Hyde & Peter Sanders in a nail-biting match. It was neck and neck until the 9th hole, when Angie and Dave secured victory with a fantastic birdie.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part – it was wonderful to see such great support again this year.

County Cup – Wrag Barn
The annual County Cup was held at Wrag Barn Golf Club on Tuesday 23rd September. A big thank you to Angie Perry, Hannah Hyde, Dave Kee, and Mark Cable for proudly representing Basset Down. Congratulations to the team on finishing 5th out of 22 teams – an excellent result!

Macmillan Foursomes
Our Macmillan Foursomes Charity Event took place on Wednesday 24th September. We were blessed with beautiful weather and had a fantastic turnout of 12 teams. Thank you to everyone who baked cakes, donated, and supported this brilliant cause.

Ryder Cup Challenge – Front Nine at Bethpage Black
Thursday 25th – Sunday 28th September

Join us for our  Virtual Golf Ryder Cup Challenge over the Front Nine at Bethpage Black on the driving range.

Prizes are a 30-minute lesson with Matt Law for the Best Gross score and a free hour on the driving range for the Best Nett.

Entry is free, but all players must hold a valid handicap and show proof at reception before play.

To take part, register at reception, log in to your Toptracer account, enter the on screen event and then complete the Front Nine from the designated tees.
