Can I bring my own football?

Yes, you can bring footballs with you for free, or alternatively we charge £1.00 per person to hire one.

How long does each course take to play?

Our 9 hole course takes approx. 45 mins to play, and our 18 hole course takes approx. 1hr 45 mins. Find out more about each course by clicking here.

Do I have to play in a 4 ball?

We ask players stay in groups of 4/5 people on both courses, especially during busy periods.

What shoes can I wear?

Trainers/astros are perfect for footgolf. We strictly don’t allow football boots, or any kind of shoe with a stud/blade.

Do you have a dress code?

The only thing we ask people don’t wear on the course/ in the clubhouse is singlets. We also allow fancy dress on the course for special occasions (we just ask that you’re mindful that we are a family friendly facility).

Can my children play on their own?

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult on both courses at all times.

Can I bring my own food?

We don’t allow people to bring their own food onto the premises, however our Parkland Cafe has a great selection of hot food and drinks.

What are your opening hours?

We're open 7 days a week throughout the year. For opening and closing times throughout the day, please click here.

Do we need to book?

You can either turn up on the day, or book in advance by calling us on 01793 812336. You can also send us an email by clicking here. Booking is highly recommended at the weekends and if you’re in a group of 10 or more.

Where are you based?

Our footgolf courses are based at Basset Down Golf Complex on Hay Lane in Swindon (our postcode is SN4 9QW). Directions can be found by clicking here.

Can we bring dogs on the course?

We do allow dogs on the courses, provided they’re kept on a lead at all times, and any mess is cleaned up straight away. We don’t allow dogs in the clubhouse, but they are welcome on our patio area.
